He is a Member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a Corporate Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and served as the Honorary Secretary of its Qatar Chapter. He has worked in India, Malaysia and Qatar with companies such as Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), NKK Corporation, Foster Wheeler and Madina Group. As Contracts Manager, Operations Manager and finally as General Manager, he was instrumental in transforming Madina Group Qatar into a professionally managed corporate organization. He is the Founder Promoter of BEV.

He has been associated with well known engineering companies such as Larsen and Toubro, Vijay Tanks and Vessels, Ramsis Engineering etc. Till June 2021, he headed the Works as General Manager for Production, Maintenance & Stores. He now heads the nascent Construction Department.
