BEV has a core team of Design Engineers, Design Associates and Draftsmen, all with extensive experience in their areas of competency. BEV has the following capabilities in design:
- Mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors etc. using PVElite supplemented with custom developed spread sheets
- Finite element analysis*
- Thermal design of heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, plate fin heat exchangers etc. using HTRI*
- Mechanical design of Storage Tanks – vertical, horizontal, underground tanks etc.
- Mechanical design of various static process plant equipment
- Piping design including stress analysis*
- Design of pipe / equipment supports including flexibility analysis*
- Design of structures including dynamic modeling using Staad Pro or STRAP*
- Design of marine equipment such as peg top mooring buoyDesign of Offshore Containers to EN 12079: 2006 or DNV 2.7.1
